We work primarily with mid-to-large enterprises across Thailand — companies with 50 or more employees that are navigating a meaningful inflection point, whether that's a market shift, internal restructuring, or leadership transition. We also engage with senior leadership teams who are seeking outside perspective on long-standing strategic questions.

We begin with an initial exploratory conversation — no commitment required at that stage. If there appears to be a natural fit, we then propose a scoping session where we listen more carefully to the organization's situation and outline what an engagement structure might look like. From there, you decide whether to proceed.

Depending on the service, engagements run between 6 and 12 weeks for the primary phase. The Executive Decision Framework includes an additional six months of on-call support following the structured period. We don't extend timelines unnecessarily — the goal is always to equip your team to move forward with clarity rather than maintain dependency.

Both. Our team is fluent in Thai and English, and we adapt to whatever language your leadership team is most comfortable working in. Deliverables can be prepared in either language, or both where that adds clarity for different stakeholder groups.

The listed prices reflect the base engagement fee for each service. If your situation calls for additional stakeholder interviews, extended scope, or travel outside central Bangkok, we discuss that openly before any agreement is made. There are no hidden costs — any adjustments are discussed and agreed upon with your team in advance.

All client engagements are covered by a mutual confidentiality agreement signed before any substantive discussions begin. We do not share client information with other clients, and access to engagement materials is limited to the advisory team members directly involved in your project.
